Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking a senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer based in Australia (Queensland) to design, implement and optimise secure cloud platforms. You will manage AWS workloads, IaC with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, and support containerised deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Postgres/MySQL databases, Azure administration, and networking components such as Cloudflare and Vault-based PKI.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience in building and deploying DevOps practices, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and agile development methodologies.
• Experience with containerisation, cluster deployment and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Database deployment and administration (Postgres and MySQL).
• Administration of Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with Networking, Cloudflare, Hashicorp Vault.
• Experience building and managing PKI.
