• Strong governance, budgeting, procurement and risk management.

• Develop strategy and project structures for complex urban renewal projects.
• Integrate planning, design, commercial, financial and community considerations.
• Lead feasibility analysis, budgeting and value optimisation.
• Oversee procurement and performance of partners and contractors.
• Navigate approvals and governance processes.
