ESR Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Development Analyst in Sydney to drive financial analysis and governance for industrial development projects. You will work with Development leadership to challenge assumptions and support investment decisions.

Responsibilities include detailed feasibility models, portfolio reporting, and scenario analysis across the development lifecycle, from acquisition through to exit. Strong Excel, ARGUS and EstateMaster skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in property development, real estate investment analysis, or development finance.
• Advanced modelling and forecasting capability; experience building complex feasibility models.
• Experience covering acquisition, planning, construction, leasing, valuation and exit.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own, maintain and review detailed feasibility models for industrial development projects.
• Partner with Development Managers to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual development reporting with commentary on performance.
• Undertake scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses for acquisition and divestment options.
• Strengthen model governance, reporting standards and provide guidance to team members.
