You’ll shape how frank green appears worldwide, aligning brand identity with sustainability, producing motion content, presentations, and retail visuals while guiding multi‑discipline teams to deliver premium, commercially effective work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing brand systems, packaging design and campaigns.
• Experience with premium brands or top-tier agencies.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and 3D software would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with sustainability-focused brands or purpose-led businesses would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across packaging, global campaigns, digital, print and retail environments.
• Develop creative work from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistency, quality and visual impact.
• Create short-form motion and video content that brings campaigns and product stories to life across digital channels.
• Lead high‑end retouching, image manipulation and visual content execution.
• Design clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure all design work aligns with frank green’s brand identity, sustainability principles and commercial goals.
