Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio across branding, campaigns and digital projects.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Build visual identity systems, creative concepts, pitch decks, and design campaigns.
• Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Generate fresh and original ideas that push creative boundaries while staying aligned with client objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Build visual identity systems, creative concept, finesse pitch decks, and design creative campaigns.
• Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Generate fresh and original ideas that push creative boundaries while staying aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them grow their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

How we will know you are the one?

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role, preferably in an agency or studio setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Extensive knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell design concepts to clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
• Experience in brand strategy and development, with a deep understanding of how design impacts and enhances brand identity.

Other things that would make you excel in this role

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience working on a fashion or beauty client.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design workshops.
• You thrive working in a collaborative team environment, and have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
