Responsibilities

• Manage the Design Services & Integration Team and functional sub-teams.
• Mentor Functional Team Leads.
• Identify training needs for the Design Services & Integration Team.
• Support performance and development reviews.
• Support resource planning and allocation of team resources.
• Develop and maintain Design & Integration processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership in Design & Integration Services.
• Manage design and systems integration activities.
• Facilitate development of project-specific design processes.
• Identify issues and manage risks for successful integration.
• Communicate updates on progress, issues, and risks.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering team members.
• Ensure engineering products meet quality standards and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
