West Perth Dental Centre Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Dental Assistant / Nurse Lead to join our team across West Perth and affiliated clinics.

You’ll lead chairside assisting across restorative, preventive, surgical, and crown/bridge procedures while supporting junior colleagues and maintaining high clinical standards. You’ll oversee surgery readiness, infection control, instrument flow, and day-end resets, and you’ll coordinate stock and liaise with clinicians to improve efficiency and

Formación

• Experienced dental assistant with at least 3 years in a busy practice.
• Ability to lead a small team, maintain clinical standards and workflows.
• Comfortable running a smooth surgery while supporting junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead chairside assisting across restorative, preventive, surgical, and crown/bridge procedures.
• Support and guide other Dental Assistants with daily workflow and setups.
• Oversee surgery readiness, pack preparation, instrument flow, and day-end resets.
• Develop and reinforce infection control protocols and sterilisation processes.
• Assist with Primescan scanning and X-ray duties where certified.
• Coordinate stock levels and materials, ensuring team has what’s needed.
• Collaborate with clinicians and management to improve efficiency and patient flow.
• Provide front office support as needed and help create a welcoming environment.
