Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain NV2 security clearance and a current driver's licence.
• Experience in ICT systems architecture, configuration management and data management.
• Strong knowledge of network operations and tactical communications, including Link-16.
• Solid ICT security principles and practices.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and with others to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve ICT solutions to support operational and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across systems architecture, configuration management, security and service delivery.
• Manage system performance, availability, maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical and security risks while supporting compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes and provide clear technical advice.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across complex ICT environments.
