Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
• A strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting including ASDEFCON, CPRs, and/or DSPF.
• Experience with full life cycle contract management for various contract types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.

• Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
• Complete contract review and acceptance.
• Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of new contract policies.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.
• Provide contract briefs to program managers and executives.
• Offer guidance on ASDEFCON requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide risk mitigation strategies for contractual obligations.
• Negotiate complex terms with government agencies and contractors.
