The role is a 12-month contract and can be based in ACT, with assignments across QLD, ACT, VIC, SA. You will oversee SQL Server, Db2 z/OS, Db2 Midrange and MongoDB platforms, with a focus on MongoDB upgrades and migrations, ensuring data integrity, performance, risk management and service continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated expert-level administration across Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2 z/OS, IBM Db2 Midrange and MongoDB in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting databases in containerised environments and managing risks with upgrades, migrations, deployment and operations.
• Ability to plan and implement controlled database upgrades and migrations, maintain data integrity and service availability, and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Our client is an Australian Federal Government agency seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrators t o join their team in either QLD, ACT, VIC, SA .

Role summary

TheSQL Database Administrators will pr ovide specialist technical support across SQL Server, Db2 z/OS, Db2 Midrange and MongoDB platforms, with an immediate focus on MongoDB upgrades and migrations. The role will involve database performance optimisation, risk management, data integrity and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
