Job summary

The Senior Program Advisor role in the Restorative Engagement and School Support branch is a fixed term, full-time position based in Melbourne. The role focuses on data collection, records management, reporting, and improving business systems and processes, with responsibilities spanning induction and training, documentation, and cross-branch support.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, experience with ITIL processes, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of various Microsoft software, Salesforce, SharePoint, and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis
• Records and case management systems and processes
• Reporting and evaluation
• Business systems and processes including leading operational projects on request
• Documentation of procedures, processes and protocols
• Branch induction and training in all of the above
• The role will also be required to perform other duties to support branch business and system needs.
