Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for the Digital Supply Chain in Sydney. You will shape data requirements, governance, and validation for our data products, working with Data Architects, engineers and business owners across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.

You will translate business needs into actionable data requirements, ensure data quality, and drive scalable, enterprise-wide capabilities that support reporting, analytics and AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Translate complex business needs into clear data and technical requirements.
• Define and apply data quality and validation criteria.
• Experience in data governance, data transformation, data warehousing and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data requirements, mappings, transformation rules and testable acceptance criteria.
• Define and execute business validation approaches for data products, including test scenarios and SLOs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business problems into data requirements for delivery teams.
• Analyze data, analytics solutions and reports to identify data sources, rules and dependencies.
• Represent the business in solution design to ensure outcomes align with needs.
• Promote standardisation and reusability across Supply Chain for scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Design data solutions aligned with future tech, enabling advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Define data quality requirements and coordinate resolution with data owners and governance.
• Lead workshops across business and technical teams to align decisions and trade-offs.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders including directors and senior leaders.
