Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science, leading projects to deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Academic background in Maths, Statistics, Actuarial Studies or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML projects from idea to production using Python, Databricks, AWS, dbt, SQL and related tools.
• Define internal processes and toolsets to improve DS delivery.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders.
