Compare The Market (iSelect brand) is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing) to lead the design and optimisation of scalable data workflows supporting marketing and analytics. You will own customer and marketing data pipelines, platforms and data quality, while guiding stakeholders and teams in delivering robust solutions.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Customer, Product, Data and Engineering, driving automation, privacy and governance to enable data-driven activations and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering or related delivery roles.
• Proven ability to design and support data workflows and pipelines across systems.
• Strong SQL, data validation, reconciliation and quality management.
• Experience with marketing tech like CDPs, automation and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise scalable data workflows, integrations and automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical data solutions for marketing and analytics.
• Lead configuration of marketing platforms including audience and activation workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring and operational controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering to deliver outcomes.
