Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience building and fixing data transformation logic.
• Experience with dbt or similar tools, and building data pipelines with cloud platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and personal ownership of recurring data processes.
• A practical mindset that finds ways to automate repetitive work and reduce errors.

Responsibilities

• run reliable and timely refreshes of key datasets from source to published output.
• check and reconcile data against source systems, rules and earlier periods.
• find and fix data issues, then clearly explain any impact or delays.
• automate manual and repetitive steps while improving tests, monitoring and alerts.
• maintain clear records, code libraries and process guides so others can repeat the work.
