Qualifications

• Data Engineer with enterprise-scale data experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience; familiarity with Databricks/Synapse is a plus.
• Strong Python, Spark and SQL engineering skills.
• Practical understanding of AI frameworks and applications in data engineering.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and robust data solutions.
• Good communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• DevOps experience including CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of data security, privacy and governance.
• Curiosity, leadership mindset and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of scalable data pipelines and models.
• Apply AI, automation and agentic approaches to accelerate data engineering.
• Work with massive datasets to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Embed governance, privacy and security controls into solutions.
• Build engineering capability via DevOps, CI/CD, automation and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and manage delivery expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and coach engineers.
