Job summary

New Vision Software is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a long-term Federal Government engagement. This hybrid role requires active NV1 security clearance and work across complex data environments to design scalable data solutions.

Based in Australia, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, delivering enterprise-scale pipelines and data models using Python, SQL, Spark, and related technologies. Initial onsite work with potential hybrid after six weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, profiling, cleansing and validation.
• Experience with batch and real-time pipelines, data integration, and data replication.

Security Clearance: An active NV1 security clearance is required for this opportunity.

The successful candidate will initially be expected to work onsite, with hybrid arrangements potentially available after the first 6 weeks.
