Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure, construction or major development projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget, programme and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Data Centre and infrastructure projects from planning through to construction.
• Collaborate with Development Managers, consultants, contractors and regulators to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage programme, cost, risk and stakeholder outcomes to unlock value and support sustainable development.
