Job summary

Wipro in Melbourne is seeking an experienced network engineer to design and implement data centre WAN and wireless networks. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions and prepare detailed documentation for builds and migrations.

The role requires strong expertise in VXLAN EVPN, spine-leaf architectures, and firewall integration. Collaboration with PMs and stakeholders is essential for successful delivery and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC).
• Proficient in VXLAN/EVPN and spine-leaf data centre design.
• Experience with firewall and network security integration.
• Experience with Change, Incident and Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable network solutions.
• Prepare HLD, LLD, implementation plans and As-Built documentation.
• Design and support data centre WAN, and wireless network environments.
• Plan and support network migrations, upgrades and technology refresh projects.
• Closely work with Project Managers and the customer’s Technical Authority to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.
• Work with project teams, customers and technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and support major incidents.
