Altis Consulting Pty Ltd is growing its Adelaide team and seeks a Managing Consultant to shape data strategies and lead analytics engagements. You’ll steer delivery, mentor staff, and partner with clients to translate complex challenges into scalable data solutions.

The role blends technical work with leadership and business development in a flexible, hybrid environment. You’ll work across Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric within broader cloud ecosystems, building capability and client

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong Data & Analytics foundations and experience working directly with clients.
Your background may include: Data engineering, analytics engineering or data architecture.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of modern ELT/data integration patterns.
Data modelling and data quality; cloud data platforms.
Technical delivery leadership.
Consulting or advisory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Data & Analytics engagements.
Design and deliver modern data platforms and engineering solutions.
Work across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and broader cloud ecosystems.
Turn complex client challenges into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
Lead and mentor consultants.
Provide trusted technical and advisory support to clients.
Contribute to solution shaping, proposals and new opportunities.
Help develop Altis' presence and capability in the South Australian market.
