Job summary

Key duties include day-to-day analytics, governance and reporting improvements, data interpretation, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to reporting, governance and quality assurance across branch reporting.
• Analysing data, interpreting trends and linking insights to problems.
• Collaborating across the Agency to ensure consistent data usage and messaging.
• Presenting outcomes and tailoring to the context across forums.
• Mentoring a small group of less experienced team members.
