Job summary

SafeWork NSW is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Reporting) to drive data-informed decision making and improve reporting capability across the organisation. The role focuses on data capture, quality, and delivering insights through dashboards and reports.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical analytics solutions, ensuring data governance and security best practices are applied. Permanent residency or citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• Advanced data analysis skills with statistical and analytical techniques.
• Experience using SQL to access, manipulate and query large data sets.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards and visualisations conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and data management principles.
