Job summary

Easygo in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build gold-standard data assets and semantic features, powering real-time reporting and insights across Kick's platform. You will mentor peers, ensure version control, and partner with BI, Data Engineering, and Product to keep pipelines robust.

You will translate complex data into actionable leadership-ready outputs, drive product and growth decisions, and shape analytics maturity in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or related roles.
  • Strong SQL and Python with data modelling experience.
  • Experience with distributed computing (PySpark).
  • Hands-on with pipelines/tools like dbt and Databricks.
  • Experience with behavioural analytics tools is a plus.

  • Design and build gold-standard data assets and semantic features that power business reporting.
  • Deliver advanced analyses and insights that drive product, growth, and strategy decisions.
  • Create reports and dashboards highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • Translate complex data into decision-ready outputs for leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and align across teams.
  • Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Product to maintain robust pipelines.
