Qualifications

Extensive experience in consulting, specifically focusing on data and AI applications.
Experience delivering data & AI solutions for the Customer/Marketing/Digital and Finance functions.
Proven ability to solve complex problems with innovative, practical solutions.
High emotional intelligence.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in public speaking.
Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
10+ years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.
10+ years of experience delivering data and analytics projects.
10+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on aligning business goals with data and AI solutions
Foster long-term client relationships
Use data science and AI to create tailored data and AI solutions
Lead the creation of business solutions addressing client needs and enhancing performance
Work independently and advise clients, ensuring alignment with objectives
Build and maintain data solutions that drive business insights
Present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
Lead medium to large projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
Stay informed on industry trends and technologies
Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables
Participate in developing proposals aligned with client needs and organisational growth
Enhance advisory and AI frameworks and service offerings
Engage in thought leadership and continuous learning initiatives
Build client relationships and support business development
Oversee project delivery, control, and risk management
