Job summary

Design & Build is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to oversee commercial office fit-out and workplace strategy projects across Adelaide, with exposure to national offices. You will be at the table from the earliest stages, shaping workplace strategy and brand identity through the built environment, through to project completion.

You will manage client relationships, lead project teams, and drive cost, time and quality outcomes while upholding safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years' project management experience in commercial construction or fit-outs.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects on time and within budget.
• Translate workplace strategy and brand vision into design and construction outcomes.
• Be the primary client contact, building long-term relationships.
• Lead project teams with direction, mentorship and support.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors for smooth delivery.
• Drive programme, cost and quality across multiple projects.
• Utilise construction management systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
