Job summary

CBUS Super is seeking a Senior Change Analyst in Melbourne to support the Change Enablement team on a Cyber Security uplift program. You will translate complex change into actionable tasks and independently manage change activities across multiple workstreams through go-live and embedment.

You will develop strategies, prepare executive-ready artefacts, and drive adoption, readiness and reporting across stakeholders while partnering with Change Leads and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading change initiatives within cyber security programs.
• Ability to translate complex change into actionable tasks.
• Strong communication and executive artefact preparation skills.
