Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst (APS6) for a long-term Canberra-based contract with a mix of office and home days. The role focuses on cyber security assurance, governance and risk management within Microsoft Azure environments, delivering SSPs and accreditation artefacts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security assurance, accreditation, governance and risk management within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cyber security documentation and accreditation artefacts, including System Security Plans (SSPs), security risk assessments and Authority to Operate documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud security services across Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Purview and Microsoft 365 security capabilities and data platforms such as Fabric and Purview.
• Knowledge of Australian Government cyber security frameworks and ISM, PSPF and security accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber security assurance, accreditation, governance and risk management activities.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, security risk assessments and Authority to Operate documentation.
• Apply Microsoft cloud security services across Azure, Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Ensure alignment with ISM, PSPF and security accreditation processes.
