Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in cyber security, including a minimum of 5 years in regulatory compliance, assurance or governance roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading cyber governance and compliance programs in regulated environments such as energy or critical infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of SOCI Act, AESCSF and other critical infrastructure regulatory requirements.
• Experience using GRC platforms to manage obligations, findings and actions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the continuous improvement of AusNet's cyber governance framework.
• Owning AESCSF self-assessments and maturity improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating cyber compliance activities aligned to SOCI Act and regulatory programs.
• Managing cyber assurance, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs and KRIs.
• Providing expert advice on governance, regulatory obligations and industry frameworks.
• Partnering with Cyber Security, Enterprise Risk, Legal and Internal Audit to strengthen cyber resilience.
