Job summary

HBF Health Limited is seeking a Senior Detection & Response Engineer to strengthen cyber resilience through engineering, operation and continuous improvement of our defence technologies across on‑premises, cloud and SaaS. You will enhance detection, drive automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to protect systems, data and members from evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Experience as cyber security engineer, detection and response, or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, DLP, EDR, ASM and related platforms.
• Proficient in scripting and automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, maintain and improve cyber security technologies including SIEM, DLP, EDR, ASM and vulnerability management platforms.
• Develop and enhance cyber monitoring, detection and response capabilities across the organisation.
• Design, implement and optimise automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and security outcomes.
• Integrate and manage log sources, threat intelligence feeds and data collection platforms to support monitoring and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cyber responders, technology teams and business stakeholders to manage incidents, vulnerabilities and security improvements.
• Provide technical expertise, recommendations and documentation to support cyber security initiatives and uplift organisational capability.
