Vertiv Co in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a results-oriented Operations/Sales Support professional to bridge sales and customer service for small product deliveries. You will handle end-to-end processes, coordinate logistics, and contribute to revenue delivery.

You will join a tight-knit team, manage project tasks, and support CFO/Finance with monthly forecasts and invoicing. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
• Customer Service, Administration experience.
• Organisational skills and time management.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.

Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent:
The purpose of this position is to support from sales through to customer service on small product sales deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a small team to deliver over $100m a year (or as per targets) of product sales to Vertiv clients
• Manage own sales through to completion of projects as well as support the Project Management Team with their projects
• Co-ordinate deliveries, installation and commissioning of units
• Monthly reporting of RDSL and PDSL for tracking performance
• Evaluate outstanding supplier purchase orders, cost management of outbound logistics and warehousing for assigned projects
• Monthly forecasts of revenue and invoicing
