San Remo Macaroni Company Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Service Consultant to join our Adelaide team. The role focuses on delivering first-class service to customers, consumers and internal stakeholders across phone, email and web channels.

You will manage orders, support stock allocation, provide guidance, and handle enquiries with a professional, team-oriented approach. The position is office-based with typical hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, process and record customer orders via phone, web or email.
• Allocate stock and provide order confirmations to customers.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues and customers.
• Handle customer enquiries using scripts and established processes.
• Redirect external calls and confidential emails to appropriate departments.
• Assist other departments with general admin tasks as needed.
• Greet guests at reception and cover reception duties.
• Oversee daily parcel dispatching and courier coordination.

About the role

We are looking for a full time Senior Customer Service Consultant to join our Team.

In this role you will be exposed to a diverse range of tasks focussed on providing first class service to customers, consumers, external stakeholders and other internal departments.

Your core duties will include:

Receiving, processing and recording customer orders taken over the phone, internet or emails;

Allocating stock and providing confirmations to customers;

Provide guidance and training;

Receiving varied customer enquiries using set scripts and processes;

Receiving and redirecting external phone calls and confidential emails to relevant departments;

Supporting other departments by providing general administrative assistance from time to time;

Greeting guests at reception and helping them sing in;

Cover reception;

Managing the daily dispatching of parcels via couriers services

Handling internal calls and paging.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this full time role, you will need to demonstrate your proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment and have a strong customer service focus.

Ideally you will have:

Direct experience in a customer service / call centre environment;

A high level of energy and drive;

Excellent communication skills and telephone presence;

Highly accurate and proficient data entry skills;

The ability to learn new product ranges and features;

A real sense of team spirit.

This position is an office based role and does not allow the opportunity to work from home. The core working hours are 8.30 to 5pm.
