Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Customer Data Enablement Lead for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. This senior, hands-on role shapes how customer data becomes richer intelligence and more personalised experiences.

You'll lead strategy and solution design, manage a team of three Audience Specialists, and work with Lumos, our data warehouse, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to analyse datasets, shape segmentation, and drive customer intelligence.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience across data platforms and tools.
• Experience in customer intelligence, martech or similar environments.
• 2+ years in data warehouse environments (e.g. Snowflake) and with Lumos.
• Hands-on SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
• Proven end-to-end solutioning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Genuine commercial acumen in a technical role.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and solution design for capturing, connecting and activating customer data across loyalty, personalisation and marketing.
• Lead and develop a team of three - Senior Audience Specialist, Audience Specialist and Associate.
• Get hands-on with SQL and data platforms to analyse datasets and shape segmentation and audiences.
• Partner with Architecture and Business stakeholders to define solution approaches and deliver end-to-end data initiatives.
• Translate priorities into clear customer data capabilities and requirements.
• Shape a forward-looking customer data roadmap including AI-enabled personalisation.
• Connect data capability to Voice of Customer, NPS and broader outcomes.
• Champion data governance, privacy and responsible use of customer data.
