Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, finance or related field.
• Experience in a credit risk management position with a proven ability to provide sound, commercial and consistent risk decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and with absolute integrity.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills; you must be able to influence at a range of levels within the organisation and across both Business and Risk Teams.
• Experience exercising a personal delegation of $30m or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management support and decisioning for the Major Client Group (MCG) and Commercial Banking (CB) teams.
• Deliver independent risk assessment and maintain balance between risk and business growth.
• Collaborate with Business Banking colleagues to understand client businesses and appetite settings.
• Contribute to key strategic risk initiatives and end-to-end lending process improvements.
