The Role

We're hiring a Senior Creative Producer to bring experiences to life within our event promoting businesses. You will sit in the TES live team who creates premium family entertainment, touring shows and immersive brand experiences across ANZ and internationally.

This role will lead a portfolio of major live and experiential projects- owning the creative vision, production excellence and commercial outcomes. You’ll be the senior day-to-day lead with licensors, brand partners and venues, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class experiences at scale.

Requirements

What does a day in the life look like?

  • Own the project P&L: scope, pricing, forecasting, margins and reconciliations; deliver agreed GM% targets.
  • Lead creative & approvals: translate licensor/brand strategy into high-impact concepts, decks and treatments; steward IP integrity.
  • Deliver technical excellence
  • Build and lead teams: coach producers/designers, set resourcing plans, onboard vendors; uplift tools, workflows and standards.
  • Grow the business: shape pitches/RFPs, present to senior stakeholders, and identify upsell/new-market opportunities.
  • Champion safety & governance: ensure OH&S compliance, risk registers, SWMS/JSA, insurance and venue/permit requirements.

About you

  • 7–10+ years producing complex live experiences (touring theatre, family entertainment, activations or LBE), including 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • Proven track record owning project/portfolio P&L and hitting margin targets; confident negotiating commercial terms.
  • Strong creative judgement with hands-on production acumen—able to brief, challenge and guide designers, builders and technical teams.
  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership under pressure; exceptional stakeholder management with licensors and brand partners.
  • Excellent documentation and planning (Gantt/WBS, RAID, QA checklists); strong written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp/AutoCAD/Adobe CC (able to interpret drawings/renders); proficiency with project tools (Asana/Monday) and Excel/ERP.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global IP/licensors and venue networks
  • Event rollout at scale (multi-city, concurrent assets)
  • Safety leadership accreditation or formal PM credentials

Other key considerations for this position

  • Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
  • Spend extended periods of time on your feet at events
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly around show/build windows.
