The role demands a strong portfolio, expert command of Google Slides, Adobe CS, and Figma, and the ability to transform big ideas into visually compelling narratives while mentoring junior creatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative, art direction, or design-focused role.
• Compelling portfolio showing presentation design and brand storytelling.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) and related tech.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepting for pitches, campaigns, and RFPs.
• Partner with external partners to ensure smooth asset delivery in market.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with strategic direction and creative problem-solving.
• Oversee client presentations, pitch decks, and RFP documents.
• Develop cutting-edge templates, visuals, and storytelling techniques.
• Utilize tools to produce polished presentation materials (slides, visuals).
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of curiosity and learning.
