Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to champion our brand across digital and print, globally. You will lead visual identity development for campaigns, create scalable design systems, and elevate work from ideation to delivery while aligning with business goals and audience insights.

You’ll mentor internal designers and collaborate with Brand, Content and GTM teams across regions, manage external contributors when needed, and ensure consistency, accessibility, and modernity in

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Canva.
• Experience with motion design and storyboarding.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative quality bar across campaigns and brand touchpoints.
• Lead visual identity creation for global campaigns.
• Maintain brand guidelines across platforms.
• Manage external designers when outsourcing.
• Use campaign performance data to sharpen creative decisions.
• Build the bridge between brand and Product Design, shared research, and UX principles.
