Overview

  • Full-time, Fixed Term position until 31st December 2026
  • Salary Professional HEW8 $116,551 - $131,257 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

The Senior Coordinator, Inclusive Learning and Teaching will lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives that embed inclusive learning and teaching practices across RMIT. A key focus will be advancing the adoption of the Universal Design for Learning framework to foster an inclusive educational environment for diverse learners.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Education Portfolio, Student Equity, and other learning and teaching areas to design, support and evaluate initiatives that deliver positive, inclusive outcomes for students. This role provides consultancy and training to staff, contributes to inclusive policy development, and drives continuous improvement through data and evaluation.
