Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. on the Gold Coast is partnering with a Doyle’s Guide-recognised boutique law firm to hire a Senior Conveyancer. You will manage a busy portfolio of residential conveyancing files, including standard sales, purchases, off-the-plan contracts and transfers.

This hands-on role offers hybrid work options, no micromanagement, and clear career progression within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes and PEXA.
• Confident managing files from initial instructions through to settlement.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with LEAP or similar legal software preferred.
• Must have strong references available

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy and varied portfolio of residential conveyancing files including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, transfers and first home buyer transactions.
• End-to-end file control and working directly with clients, agents and lenders.
• No management responsibilities—hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end file control.
