Job summary

ResourceCo is seeking a commercially focused Manager – Contracts & Tenders in Victoria to lead contract negotiation and tendering across our national operations. This senior role involves partnering with various departments to secure major project opportunities and manage risks in infrastructure and resource recovery projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in commercial roles with a strong understanding of contract strategy, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contracts, commercial, or tendering roles.
• Proven experience negotiating complex infrastructure or materials contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, risk, and contract strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and execution of major customer contracts for large infrastructure projects.
• Manage contract risk, insurance, bonding, and compliance requirements.
• Translate contractual obligations into clear operational outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end tendering for Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients.
