Job summary

Randstad, representing a premier property developer and its in-house construction arm, seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor for a Brisbane inner-city project. You will lead the commercial backbone, overseeing the head contract between builder and client to ensure commercial certainty and positive cash flow throughout the build lifecycle.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience as CA, Senior CA or Quantity Surveyor on high-density residential or commercial tower builds.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Experience in head contract administration and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

Manage the commercial elements for the head contract between builder and developer.
Compile, submit, and negotiate head contract variations and provisional sums.
Estimate pricing and assemble options for client upgrades.
Oversee progress claims and financial management to maintain cash flow.
Administer subcontractor accounts, variations, and deeds of release.
