Job summary

Randstad Pty, based in Brisbane, is seeking aSenior Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial backbone of a luxury 30+ story development. You will manage head contracts with the builder and tier-one client, ensuring commercial certainty and positive cash flow throughout the build lifecycle.

The role requires a proven track record in high-density residential or commercial tower projects, strong financial discipline, and expertise in variations, claims and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Contract Administrator, Senior CA, or Quantity Surveyor on high-density residential or commercial tower builds.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong proficiency in head contract administration, financial reporting, forecasting and cash-flow preservation.

Responsibilities

• Manage head contract variations, provisional sums and price negotiations.
• Oversee progress claims, supplier/subcontractor invoices and cash-flow reconciliation.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, monthly claims, variations and deeds of release.
• Gather market pricing, evaluate trade packages, and award tenders in line with procurement schedule.
