Job summary

Astron Limited is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for the Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project in Victoria. You will manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award tendering through to post-award administration and close-out, coordinating with project teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver sound commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level degree or higher in law, commerce, engineering, quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in pre-award tendering and post-award contract administration on major mining, resources, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience preparing/evaluating tenders, negotiating terms and executing contracts.
• Knowledge of EPC, construction, services and supply contracts and procurement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and team-working skills.

• Pre-award: develop procurement plans and contracting strategies; pre-qualify suppliers; prepare and administer tender processes; evaluate submissions; lead negotiations; prepare award recommendations.
