Hickory Group in Sydney seeks a seasoned Contracts Administrator to support landmark projects valued in the hundreds of millions. You’ll partner with Project Managers on budgets, review quantities, and manage procurement and subcontractor contracts across dynamic developments.

With 5+ years in commercial construction, you’ll negotiate complex agreements, maintain records in Aconex and Dynamics 365, and ensure timely payments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar commercial construction role.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Project Managers on financial activities and budgets.
• Review Bills of Quantities and Value Management Items for alignment with estimates.
• Submit and manage progress claims and payments.
• Administer subcontractor tendering, contracts and records.
• Ensure contract administration and milestone tracking across projects.
• Manage project procurement schedules and design changes.
