Job summary

Randstad - Construction, Property & Engineering is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a national builder delivering high-profile projects across Australia, including Brisbane. The role focuses on commercial and procurement leadership, with accountability for budgets, variations, and subcontractor management.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, site teams, and clients to ensure compliance, risk control, and timely delivery, while maintaining WHS standards on site.

Qualifications

• Contract Administration experience within the Australian building and construction market.
• Experience in procurement scheduling, cash-flow reconciliation, forecasting, and margin management across multiple live sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee head contracts, cost reporting, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Lead trade procurement, scope reviews, tender packaging, and subcontracts with clear commercial terms.
• Support tender development, commercial reviews, and bid submissions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor program updates, risk registers, and document control.
• Spend time on-site to assess progress and support WHS compliance.
