Job summary

Downer EDI Limited is delivering a state-funded greenfield wastewater treatment plant at Chambers Flat as part of a $350M package. You will report to the Commercial Manager and oversee the commercial and contractual administration across head contracts and subcontracts for this landmark project.

We are seeking a candidate with a tertiary qualification in Commercial/Contract Management and at least five years in construction, plus strong knowledge of the utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Commercial/Contract Management or related discipline preferred.
• Five+ years in construction, and five+ years in a related role would be beneficial.
• Understanding of the utilities sector (water, energy, infrastructure) is desirable.
• Demonstrated commercial management capability at senior level for five+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of head contract agreements and related subcontracts.
• Provide commercial leadership to project Contract Administrators.
• Manage commercial and contractual matters across the Chambers Flat project.
• Collaborate with Commercial Manager to ensure program alignment and risk controls.
