Job summary

Civmec is expanding its Commercial team to support the fabrication division. We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the fabrication business unit, providing centralised contract administration across multiple packages and interfaces, and ensuring commercial discipline on projects.

You will work with experienced leadership, manage notices, claims, variations, and supplier/subcontractor engagements, while developing your career within Civmec's growth trajectory and market

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role.
• Experience within fabrication, manufacturing, construction or heavy engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, variations, claims, procurement support and cost reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support head contract and subcontract compliance, including notices, claims and commercial documentation.
• Administer supplier and subcontract packages, including payment claims and closeout records.
• Prepare RFQ packages, tendering and contract formation.
• Assist with cost control, end-of-month reporting and cash flow inputs.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and supporting documentation per Civmec standards.
• Provide contract administration advice to project teams and identify commercial risks.
