Job summary

Atom Resources is partnering with a private electrical contractor in NSW to appoint a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator. The role supports project delivery with a broad commercial remit and close collaboration with project managers.

You will manage contract administration, commercial obligations and the financial performance of projects within a compact team, reporting into the management group.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration within a contractor environment.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Exposure to electrical, utilities, energy or civil infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and contractual notices.
• Assess subcontractor claims and coordinate payment schedules.
• Monitor project costs and support forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
• Identify commercial risks and work with project teams to resolve contractual matters.
