An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proven Senior Contracts Administrator to join a nationally significant Defence infrastructure project on the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, located in Australia's remote north-west Indian Ocean Territory.
The role is a Perth based (offsite) opportunity and with project certainty through to the end of 2029, this role offers the rare combination of long-term stability, genuine responsibility and a career-defining scope of work.
Working within a major Defence-funded infrastructure project via an Integrated Managing Contractor engagement model, this role provides an exceptional opportunity to establish yourself within one of Australia's fastest-growing sectors. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of selected upstream commercial functions and downstream administration of significant packages of civil and infrastructure works, playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of critical project outcomes. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and accountability, making it ideal for a disciplined and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and driving results in a complex project environment.

Experience delivering Defence, aviation, infrastructure or remote projects will be highly regarded, as will Managing Contractor engagement model experience. With your commercial expertise, attention to detail, self-starting nature and disciplined approach to delivery, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this nationally significant project.
