The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to provide integrated financial and commercial support across our projects. This role will partner closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong contractual outcomes.

Key to this role is leading effective contact negotiations, delivering accurate financial reporting, and managing commercial risks while building systems that enable sustainable, profitable growth. You’ll oversee WIP reporting, forecasting, cash flow (single & aggregate projects), and governance, while mentoring others in financial and commercial acumen.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead contract negotiation and manage commercial risk
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, WIP, and margin analysis
  • Develop, monitor, and report on cash flow forecasts for both individual projects and the overall portfolio
  • Support project managers with cost control, budgeting, and financial decision making
  • Ensure governance and compliance across all financial and contractual matters
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial and commercial systems

About You

You are a CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) finance professional with experience in construction, engineering, or commercial project finance. You bring strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (AS/NZ standards), commercial negotiation skills, and advanced financial modelling abilities. You are confident working in Jobpac or similar systems and can influence both internal and external stakeholders.
