Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Principal Contract Management Specialist to provide strategic direction and oversight for complex, high-value contracts essential to the organisation’s performance on the Gold Coast and northern NSW region.

You will partner with procurement, lead high-level negotiations with suppliers, and develop contract management strategies that are clearly defined and achieved to support safe, high-quality healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-value or strategic contracts across the full contract lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract performance management, negotiations and resolving complex contract issues.
• Experience working collaboratively with procurement teams across sourcing and contract management phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for complex, high-value and high-risk contracts critical to organisational performance.
• Partner with procurement to support effective organisational outcomes.
• Represent the organisation in high-level negotiations with suppliers and external stakeholders.
